RIPE NCC (the Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre) is the regional Internet address registry (RIR) for Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Central Asia. It is one of the world's five registries and manages the allocation and registration of the IP address space in Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Central Asia.
